McDonald’s

The food was cold and rubbery. Replaced with a fresh burger and chips which was just ok. The staff are young and untrained. Too much talking and hanging around. Staff that had already finished their shift were hanging around in the way of customers at the counter. The manager did ask them to move away but they weren’t exactly compliant. The manager was polite and nice but he was fighting a losing battle with the staff.

Really slow, burger looks awful, doesn’t made by recipe, they lost our order, personnel was rude.

Ordered and paid for meal to be delivered to table, as I had a child in pram. Twenty minutes later checked with a gruff and unhelpful floor manager on its progress. Ten minutes later gave up and sought a refund. The same floor manager and her boss took twenty minutes to fail four times to refund the correct amount. Finally got an amount within 20 cent of the correct amount on the very detailed receipt I had provided. No apology, no food, no service. Startingly poor for a business usually noted for decent service.

Staff are young and don’t care about anything looks like they hate they job, no matter how many times I order always mixing up the order, if you ask no ice they put extra ice, if you ask cappuccino they give you latte and every single time have to check your order and if you tell them that’s wrong order getting angry. Other than that it’s always clean and table staff are in general are very good.

Machines were out of paper after ordering. When I notified a staff member their response was it wasnt their job to fix it. They were too busy talking and laughing with people they knew when I think their job was clearing tables. Which there was plenty with rubbish left on them and no one sitting at the. I Waited ages for food in a que. The People giving out food were more interested in bring the food to tables rather than to go by numbers. After waiting a while I went to the counter where I could see my food and number. I tried to tell the staff members that my order was there and that I was waiting ages. I was told to wait until they got to the number. While there observed staff members fighting while making the food. Staff members cursing at each other. The manager on duty only shouted to them to stop. This was done a number of times. When final got food after 30 mins waiting food was cold, burger was thrown together. Lettuce was all over the box and very little left on the burger, no sauce and the chips were half out of their box and in the bag. Very disappointed with this visit.
