I bought a double quarter pounder cheese and the meat is completely raw

Food was good, the atmosphere was good, but the staff are not kid friendly. I told my son to get himself a bag of chips and when he went in, he got put out for no reason. And then the manager started roaring at him. Security Guards are friendly and understanding.

Milkshakes consistently disappointing, shorting you on the quantity and quality, its more like sweet milk than a shake. It’s really not difficult to get right but I gotta give it to these guys, they somehow always manage it. Last time going here. Sun 18/2 19:15

The staff make mistakes in the order. They speak very quickly and do not appear to understand what you are saying.
On two occasions recently l had to return as my order was incorrect.

went early in morning. service very efficient. staff were excellent, even checking that we were OK whilst sitting at our table with our food.
