McDonald’s, where the food is standard but the atmosphere is anything but. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy your meal in peace, this might not be it. From screaming kids to a constantly bustling environment, expect a chaotic dining experience. While the food meets expectations, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. If you’re in a hurry and can handle the noise, it’ll do the job. But if you’re seeking tranquility, look elsewhere.

I have seen many Macdonald,s restaurants but this particular restaurant in Bray looks too old and not modern in appearance. The seats all look outdated, the toilet is so narrow one can hardly pass through. The restaurant has two main entrance but the second entrance not facing major road is a little bit of bad news. People in most cases gather at this entrance smoking. The smoke from their cigarettes is blown directly inside the restaurant by wind. There is absolutely no beauty of any kind at this restaurant.

3 rude incompetent women at the pay desk including the manager. Staff took 25 minutes to get trough 2 customer. I then ask for a refund and they give me cash after using my card. I then get told I’m rude even though I’m calm and collected and just want my refund on my card. The staff there including manager are challenged and have no understanding of reasoning.

Busy day at the restaurant. Had to sit down at the delivery area with two young kids for few minutes. Manager arrived throwing us out. Asked to help us find a place instead. She told us she can’t be fighting for our place to sit with each and every customer…. We said ‚we’re Not looking for a fight and a place to sit down with two smallies’. Then she proceeded to inform us that we were meant to go for a take away. Luckily a place freed up few minutes later. Honestly not the best experience and customer service
