Unacceptable Experience at

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to one of your establishments.

Today, I visited [Monaghan McDonald’s] with a child to enjoy a meal. However, what should have been a pleasant experience turned into a distressing one when I received a burger that was not only drenched in what appeared to be water but also had an inexplicable taste of tuna and an overwhelming salty flavor. Additionally, the odd amount of liquids present in the burger further contributed to my discomfort and dissatisfaction.

This experience not only violated my request for freshly made food, which I had clearly communicated when placing my order but also resulted in immediate discomfort and illness as my mouth was filled with water instead of meat, accompanied by an unexpected and highly unpleasant taste.

Upon discovering these issues, I promptly brought them to the attention of the manager on duty, hoping for a resolution. However, I was met with complete disregard for my concerns. Despite presenting evidence through videos and explaining the situation, I was shockingly denied a refund or even an exchange. The manager insisted that this was the new protocol, which I find utterly unacceptable.

Such practices not only compromise the quality of your products but also disregard the well-being of your customers. As a loyal patron of McDonald’s, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. Therefore,
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and a swift resolution.
Disgusting Manager aswell, terrible attitude.

I Can Honestly say this McDonalds is probably, must be the worst Mc Ds in the country. it was absolutely terrible. the four of us actually felt physically sick yesterday after eating here and it put a real dampener on our day. cant recommend this place and god knows we gave it enough chances. it will be a long long time before i go back in there.

If we go to Tesco then McD is must, they’re good in terms of service and food

I had the big mac the french fries were really good & warm
but the burger – specially the beef patty was particularly cold.
The service is not bad , in fairness the staff is very attentive & friendly but its not the cleanest McDonald I have been too. I noticed some people would not clean after themselves. They will eat and leave the trays on the table.
so I don’t blame the staff.
But maybe they should have a sign please pick up your trays and place them N the designated area? Or increase the number staff attending to tables to clean?
No unpaid parking for the customers
So if you wish to sit in you have to pay for the parking.
Not expensive but its a hassle
