During my time in Waterford, I stopped by McDonald’s for a quick bite to eat, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant might be small, but it certainly delivers when it comes to delicious food and efficient service.

The McDonald’s in Waterford maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and work diligently to ensure orders are taken and served promptly. Despite the busy nature of the restaurant, the service was relatively quick, allowing me to enjoy my meal without any unnecessary delays.

Waited 25 minutes for a happy meal and a burger meal. Things missing from order and staff unapologetic. Do not recommend if you want your food in a timely manner, you’d wait shorter times in a proper restaurant.

This was a horrid experience. There was 3 teenage girls what would scream dance sing. they were very disturbing. And the staff did nothing to deal with it. I am VERY disappointed with this.

If I could give no stars I would worst place ever game me wrong order didn’t listen to me and made me wait 25 mins thay said it was not there fault and then charged me 4 euro extra I would love to speak to a manager and make some complaint and the place is so filty and dirty worst than a hostel

This location is lively with many customers.
The ordering system was clear.
I appreciated the choice to change your meal content. For example, changing soda can to coffee.
I enjoyed the variety of vegetation meal menu.
The services from ordering to the speed of service were excellent.
The staff was friendly and efficient I’m their work.
The place was clean despite the presence of many people, which was outstanding.
The food was delicious.
