The restaurant was very busy, I had to wait more than 10 mins for my order, they had enough staff on yet they didn’t seem to care, they were just chatting with each other,leaning against the counter!
There were no tables available as people with no food at all were just sitting and even sleeping at all of the tables…

McDonald’s closed down in Dublin Airport Terminal 1 in 2021 (3 years ago)
It has now been replaced by a Burger King last year 2023.
There are no McDonald’s inside Dublin Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

I miss the breakfasts and coffee.

Arrived in airport wasn’t open , dying for a coffee and a bite to eat , so disappointed, yet states online open 24 hrs

Why not! It’s quite nice, large and cozy quick bite place! Foods are very inexpensive in this airport, and they are quite yummy too (unless you don’t like fast food and picky)!

McDonalds is getting better and better honestly. More choices to choose. I like that there’s touch screens to order ahead of time. I can take my time to choose whatever I want to eat! Very convenient 😄

Terminal 1 – it was very busy so it got a few points for speed as generally your in a hurry at an airport.
Food was not that hot but it is McDonalds.
Went for a cheeky Malteser ice cream to cheer me up!!
