About this restaurants :
Only leaving a review cos young server asked me to when I asked for sauce. My honest review is I have the worst luck at this McDonald’s or my picture is somewhere. Last 2 visits I’ve placed my order through the touch screen like everyone else and they get to about 10-12 numbers ahead of my number before I get my food eg I’m order 47 and they got to order 62 before I got my food.
Nothing the servers have done just bad luck I guess
Worse mcdonald’s i’ve been to, everytime i come here you can guarantee my food will always be cold, especially big macs, costumer service is slow when there’s loads of workers on, all seem like they cba doing their job n just suit themselves!!!
My husband and I travel twice a month to Northumberland to visit family and we usually stop for a quick eat on our way home but every time the food is cold!!! only the drink is hot but I suppose for them they don’t have to care or bother they just hand out the food and people will still come because its mcdonald’s no effort is needed!!! And I don’t think it will change but we are not going to stop anymore.
Food was actually really nice and was extras overload when we customised the burger. Staff were quite nice too. Well done staff on Boxing Day!
One of the best locations for a Mac D. So glad you brought back the breakfast wrap. Superb service from the yeam with Phyllis being the gem.
