McDonald’s

The security man on the door gave us such a warm welcome and found us a seat. He was brilliant. It’s a pity the other staff aren’t as happy. Food fine but could be hotter.

I ordered food with them today on just eat at 12:45. My food is only being prepared now at 13:55 and expected delivery time is 14:25. I understand being busy. But I was informed on just eat that I would have my food by 13:15

Food was good I love food…. Although I think that the price for what you get is a little steep at McDonald’s, our local McDonald’s has really set the bar high with their customer service.the staff are SO friendly and polite and nothing is ever too much trouble. McDonald’s have obviously dedicated a lot of time training their team to look after customers. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty too. I fully appreciate the cook fresh to order approach they seem to have adopted! Well done and thank you McDonald’s …………………

Waiting time is longer than other mcd. To small to create an atmosphere, really but not concerned about that. Food could do with being warmer

Fast food service. The place is crowded lot of times but still you can manage to get seats in 5 mins. The new self ordering machines work great and easy to use. The location is great as people from the castletroy town centre and odeon movies can come here easily for fast food. They have a table full of tablets setup for kids to play. Can get noisy with kids and the crowd some times. There are toilets/ accessible toilets available. Staff keep changing all the time. I was once denied for ketchup by one of the staff who was old(was a bit rude), good thing he is not there anymore. Except that, the staff are really good. They always clean up the table for you, if they miss, you can ask, they’ll do it right away. Drive through is available. The place is renovated and fully functional from few months. The best thing here would be the quick service.

The vouchers I got after a survey of McD didn’t work at all.
