McDonald’s Bell Bock

A friend and I stopped for afternoon tea and won’t be going back. Notably very greasy and dirty- even a courier driver didn’t use his hands to touch door. I asked for the hand sanitiser to be refilled and the ? Manager asked someone who ????ignored him? I went and asked a 2nd time and he seemed very helpful but it wasn’t filled. The seats were even coated in grime. The food was ok but 1 serviette between the 2 of us, and we are both concerned how dirty the place was – even the hand dryer was gross. I would not recommend eating in at all.

Wasn’t really busy at the time we went. Our Sundaes took 20 min to arrive and ontop of that our coffee order got screwed up too. I specifically asked for decaff because I’m allergic to caffeine and infact my coffee wasn’t decaff or a cappuccino instead a caffinated latte, Very disappointed. Staff didn’t even try to fix it or offer a solution, she just made it off as if it wasn’t a big deal.

At times food is good at times they font care
Few orders have been stone cold and missing stuff and not sorry for inconvenience or anything
Other days food is on point

I can’t comment too much here cause all I got was coffee what I can say is that that one coffee tool 5 mins of me sitting at the window waiting.. They are not as good as the new plymouth branch.. Its like 60 secs in town.

Worst gourmet Texan BBQ combo. Burger drowned in sauce and mayo. So once you bite it. It falls out and to bits. Shud have just ordered a cheese burger. What a waste of $100
