I don’t know if it was because it was closing soon, but we took out a large portion of French fries. When we got home, we saw that the portion was only one-third of the portion. The bag was not torn, so it was really less than half the portion. Are you too lazy to fry more fries? Therefore, customers had better pay attention and be sure to check the take-out meals when closing time to avoid losing money.
The food was quick and hot. My issue is that the printer didn’t work on the order machine and another machine didn’t even have the eftpos component plugged in. I reported this twice but the staff won’t do anything. It is not busy at all and they can’t be bothered even just turning the failing machines off. Shame on them.
I bought a double cheeseburger, but when I got home and opened it, I found that it was just a regular cheeseburger without double . I reached out to McDonald’s to report the issue, but received no response.
Nice place, a little dirty, but still okay.
The food was good, it could be more hot. However, customer service was not up to mark. They took a long time to serve an order. It is a crowded customer place, so the store needs more staff to look after customer needs.
For example: Half of the self ordering kiosks are out of order, even if it is working – it had out of paper to print the receipts. Cleanliness is the big issue, all rubbish bins were full, toilets were not hygenic enough, tables were dirty, and some parts of the floor were very slippery. Hope management will look into the issues.
