Cold food, cold fries, coffee often burnt or ordered sugar not in drink.
Staff are polite but that is the only positive thing you can say about them. I’m a currently a shift worker and often they are the only place open so I don’t have too many choices or I wouldn’t go back. I live very close and delivery orders still often take 30 minutes to arrive and food always cold and fries packed in upside down.
I’m a former Health Inspector and if I was not retired they would certainly have my attention!

Ordered 2 Double Cheese Burger meals, the chips were dried up and hard, the cheeseburgers were hard and didn’t have any onions, pickles or sauce, and our drinks were half empty. They also didn’t put in the sauces we ordered. How hard is it to read an order and make it fresh. Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs.
Just want to shout out the night team from last night (Tues 26 March) around 10pm. They were cool, calm, collected and compassionate amidst an issue with a customer, and they carried on their service to the rest of the store extremely well while also managing to de-escalate the problem. You guys handled the situation really quickly and professionally 🙂
at first, I thought this was a mistake, half a slice of cheese in the fish burger, so we complained, but apparently this is normal… The burger was dry and worst of all, I saw a rat running across the room…
Overflowing bins and food scraps all over the tables and floor. Boiling hot sun streaming in and blinds still up. They need more staff to keep the dining area in area clean.
