They did not have hot coffee, which was a bummer 🙁 Also, this place smelled a little bit like sweat. I don’t know why. Though the pancakes were fresh and yummy!
Where is the other half.You charge full amount and gave me the half. Please check your food before you handover to the customers. I picked up this today about 10.30pm. It doesnt matter how busy you pple are and it is not my problem as well. Totally dissatisfied with your service as a local.
Most maccas in wellington are really good but seriously this is consistently the worst maccas ever. they forgot 1 burger and then the other burger we got was missing an entire egg in it. also they didn’t even apologize. really disappointed with the level of service. the staff who served us wasn’t even phased she got our order wrong twice. I don’t recommend coming here. This has happened to us like 3 times now.
This is the double cheeseburger I ordered tonight. Now I know why I had to wait so long for my order … they had to make it then back a truck over it several times before serving it to me.

Possibly the worst McDonalds in Wellington. The drivethru is painfully slow, which is contradictory to the promise of ‘fast food’. I noticed they have even closed the lobby recently (no reason provided) and forced everyone to use the drivethru. Fairly sure this is a breach of the owner’s franchisee agreement. Hire more people, and uphold the McDonald’s reputation.EDIT burgers poorly put together. Live 3 mins from home, everything freezing cold. Waste of time and won’t be back.
