McDonald’s Lambton Quay

Visiting stopped for lunch honestly supposedly we had table service drink was missing food cold it was 11.49am . Ladies toilet was disgusting waited to use the cleaner one of the two, no loo paper in one at 11.49 in the morning, I wouldn’t encourage anyone to go there Honestly it’s yuk.. The worst MacDonalds we have ever visited . Maybe a clean the toilets roster more frequently would be a great idea. Hopefully a heads up for the shift manager on duty at that time..

I order via door dash and most of the time my order is missing either Fries or Sweet & Sour Sauce and Straws for the drinks very disappointing that this keeps happening orders should be treated seriously even if it’s just a small mishap like forgetting sauce or the fries I paid $50 and feel ripped off !

Bigmac and Fries make my day. Every bite is heaven. I smell the goodness of authentic beef and onions on fluffy buns. Service staff always and constantly smile and greet at all times. Pretty neat and spacious.

You sure know how to make your customers angry. I don’t want to spend my whole break waiting for food while the girls stand around gossiping and giggling behind the counter. 25 minutes for “fast food” is disgraceful, then I was given small fries when I paid for a large and they were all tipped upside down into the bag. Very poor management, should be ashamed of themselves!

The service was marginally warmer than the lukewarm hot chocolate that was minus the marshmallows. The large hot fries was medium fries in a large box. The dessert menue soft serve … nothing available literally for the second time. Only 50% of self serve kiosks working which is an improvement on none. If you are desperate for food come here else look elsewhere. I’ve been to a few Macas around the globe and this is a standout… for all the wrong reasons. Dissapointed.
