McDonald’s Liffiton St

I used the drive through for this excursion and was somewhat disappointed in my experience. The gentleman who served me spoke with a polite manner and provided a good start, however upon arriving at the second window, the man who served me my drinks handed the first with the lid half off, close to spilling. Whilst waiting for me to correct his mistake, he began whistling. Was not polite and did not show any skill in the sense of customer service.

This is a busy franchise. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good 😊

Been here a few times when I’ve been in Whanganui, the staff are usually friendly and helpful last night they weren’t. Food was fresh just a shame about the staff. We wanted to order at the til and she made us order from the machine then had some issues with my mcds app and ordered an apple pie and it took it off my account but they didn’t have any. They offered a sundae but we already had one. Just thought they could have been more helpful and friendly.

Me and my father went to liffiton Street maccas as it was the best in our opinion from past times. My big mac, which is meant to be the star of the show burger it had next to no sauce and it was missing the peice of cheese the bun was ok but the patty had holes in it. my dad’s quarter pounder was like it was made the day before he said to me, here have a peice of the bun, it was as hard as a rock . my drink had a small leak and went on my lap, and on the seat, my dad’s drink was fine. I do understand that the cup is made by a computer, so error may happen every once in a while. So our boys’ day out was a bit of a letdown by our go-to menu items. I got a smile from the lady who served me, which is a bit better than most places.

Just went throught to get a coffee n was greated with a nice guy rilee and his customer service is on point other Macdonald employees could take a note from his book this man deffintly needs a raise
