We are sitting here still awaiting our chips which we did not receive with the rest of our order. This is despite going up to the counter to tell one staff what happened, 10 mins ago. We have finished the rest of our meal 15 mins ago – it wasn’t as satisfying without the chips, which we normally consume together with the burgers! It is not busy at all as there is hardly any customers around (9.37pm now), so what’s the excuse, especially after we made the effort to alert the staff of their slip-up? We machine ordered at 9.03pm, 9.41, still no chips!! Still hungry!! MacDonalds Lower Hutt – it’s NOT good enough!! You are definitely getting more chaotic with time!!
Ordered food though uber eats. Got here late and cold. Contacted the store. They didn’t not care and tried to blame uber. Yes true, but as a supplier they should be concerned about the quality of the product they are supplying and who they use to do this. Disgusting and disappointing customer service.

Should stop claiming to be 24 hour anything, if your not taking customers, you’re not open.. turn off the lights already ya’ll embarrassing yourself
Got there late from home (just traveled 200 k’s) walked through the door (door not locked) just after closing time for the sit down, then told (not asked) to leave, not very friendly at all, could have explained that we could still go through the Drive Through.. had to beg them to use the toilet.
I ordered just a medium chips and the printer on there self service machines doesn’t work so I don’t know what my number is. The staff were just placing orders on the side shouting out numbers and no one knew who’s order was what. Then I get my order and get back to find I paid $5 for half a pack of chips!!! I will not be returning after having multiple issues with this store of late.
