McDonald’s Lunn Ave

On the 18th of April in the evening I came to this McDonald’s and as I was waiting for my food, I saw the crew trainer pick their nose and eat it, then continue to work without washing their hands. Luckily they didn’t handle my order but it put me off my food. Pretty gross 🤢

Awful. Chips are cold drinks warm and my burger is burnt cold and just disgusting.

I had 50 people invited for both my nieces 1st and 2nd birthday here around March and April 2023 and let me emphasise on how AMAZING the manager and his team was! The service was spectacular! The manager made sure we were all comfortable and seated! He was very attentive and came to check if we needed anything through out the whole night! I thought the workers would make us feel like a burden because there was a lot of us, but they were the total opposite! They were so eager to cater to our every need and made us feel so welcomed! We also booked the meeting room which was for free😍The girl who served us (team leader?) had great customer service! She was quick and efficient with all our orders! I expected the wait to be 30-45mins because it was a huge order, but it was ready in 10- 15mins! Amazing right!! The atmosphere was so beautiful! Family oriented and lovely vibes! Thank you so much Lunn Ave! The best!!

Went through drive-thru this afternoon. Waited 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. The guy that gave us our food didn’t say anything and handed the food over. Could have at least said a simple sorry for the wait or thank you. Terrible customer service.
