Fries are half full every single time!! Have ordered multiple times through Uber eats and Delivereasy and we never receive our fries full. If I wanted size small I would have ordered that. Even in store, fries come half full. Not good enough

I came through the drive thru around 12-50 – 13-10 today & I was served by a young woman & man & they were unprofessional switching lane lines everytime I ordered something off the menu & laughing. It took them 5 minutes for them to take my order which was 2 soft serves, 2 soft drinks & an ice chocolate. Then the young man parked us making us wait 15 minutes, forgetting everything we ordered, then saying he’ll get it asap, taking his time talking to his friends laughing away, talking in the lobby. I could see him in the window making one of the two ice creams I ordered then stopping mid way to talk to his friend at the counter. Do better next time.

Waited over 1hr for food in the restaurant. Staff need better training with more hands on deck. Poor performance all around.

Plenty of drinks and sundaes being made and placed on the counter but rarely any tickets called. Staff need to be more attentive to customers and push for completion of orders.

Poor Management from this site.

A little bit too hot for the afternoon

Almost 30mins to wait to pay for our order and a further 15mins waiting for food thereafter. Two staff members on. Not their fault they were getting hammered but i think corporate needs to do more to ensure the brand doesn’t diminish.
