I know the staff are doing their bit, keeping the restrooms cleaned, but the people that go in there are just unhygienic. There are too many kids roaming in and out of the place with a don’t care attitude. It’s quite disruptive for people who want to sit there trying to enjoy their meals.
Best maccas I’ve had in a long time. Fresh, hot and well presented food. Clean facility. Serving time as expected.
Came through the drive thru, woman serving us there was pretty rude and didn’t have good attitude. Not good customer service. Also missing like several items and got two different orders from what we originally paid for about 3-4 times and as it was around midnight, we had to wait 15 minutes in the line again to get our correct order. Useless.
Very nice staff, building is not always well-maintained.
Waited almost an hour for our food that was delivered with a piece of hair, HALF of the order was missing and they gave us cold chips! After calling again and again with no answer, I am now writing this review. Mangere town centre is notoriously KNOWN for having cold fries and POOR service. I seriously wouldn’t recommend. (Unless you like hair in your food ofc)
