McDonald’s Masterton

Weren’t serving ice cream on a busy night (fine), had no signage out to notify customers in the line for the drive through. I arrived as car number 6 from the speaker and it took me 20 minutes to reach the speaker only to be told I couldn’t order what I wanted. Putting a sign up to ensure customers aren’t wasting 20 minutes of their time would be appreciated in the future, have some respect.

Ok so tonight I find again no Ice cream Machine working which means no milk shakes no ice cream menu (pathetic) , and then when I drive upto the cashier the idiot hands me incorrect change I look at him speak to him and he doesn’t speak a word so I’m picking there are no english skills .

Finally 3 people are pushing and shoving to get into a small box to finally produce correct change I roll my eyes then drive upto the second window get handed the meal with an apology in the words of vader “Apology accepted” but your franchise is starting to reflect poor and there are poor management skills behind things .

Including the lier that promises me free vouchers that never kept his work but insists on hiring foreign exchange students as they are easily manipulated I’ve reported to Corporate as I did with the Burger King Operation your all going to learn customer service you will be taught if necessary .

Food was OK, didn’t have to wait too long but the service was so bad. The young blonde girl at the first window was extremely rude. Didn’t talk and just pushed the eftpos machine at me to pay. No smile nothing. She seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. Maybe some customer service training would help?

Usually their quite slow always things missing from orders …typical example was this morning not operating at 1:47am meant to be 24/7 wasted my gas going up there .
Big Ques take ages to process probably poor management skills one time a Manager was meant to give me free vouchers for an employee Shouting at me and didn’t keep his word .

A staff member sounded drunk when I was talking to them one time through the drive through seriously the local operation needs to up their game and Corporate should make regular inspections.

(Also to the Manager I told you I don’t bluff and if not satisfied I would goto town now you know and I made a full complaint to Corporate Macdonalds New Zealand) .

I’m sorry but your problems won’t be simply going away tonight I’m told around 1am the Ice Cream Machine Isn’t working how pathetic can you get then I drive upto the cashier and this idiot looks at me not a word spoken and tries to hand me 15.50 change for a double quarter pounder combo large size are you serious ? then it gets switched around for the correct amount whilst 3 people are trying to squeeze into a tight space .

Give the guy that handed me the correct change and meal the benefit of the doubt even apologised well in the words of Darth Vader “Apology Accepted” .
