What do McDonald’s New Plymouth visitors reviews this place?
Sticky, slippery floor. Couldn’t get app to work so missed offer/ points. Good food for a decent price ..
My husband went into McDonald’s to get our dinner put the order through and when we got home the order was wrong. We ordered cheese burger combos but they ended up giving us hamburgers wrapped in the cheese burger paper and the sprite zero did not taste very nice.
Abit disappointing

Service was good and staff were friendly. Restaurant wad a little dirty inside however
Very bad service. I went into the walk-in area at the front entrance around about 12.30am wanting to make an order. I was ignored by several staff members who weren’t even busy and were playing on their phones. They definitely knew I was there waiting but continued to ignore me. After 15 mins of waiting I was eventually shouted at by a very rude and patronising young woman that they were only accepting orders from the drive-through. During the prior 15 mins of waiting I also witnessed the same woman verbally abuse someone through the drive-through window and laugh at them with her co-worker. After she told me drive-through only, a man came and quite rudely slammed the door shut on me as I was leaving. I don’t understand the point of keeping the walk-in area open if they aren’t going to be accepting walk-in orders. They have the staff to serve customers and make the business money, but appear too lazy to do so. Management needs to be aware of this. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last time as I will not be coming back.
This Maccies doesn’t serve people who don’t own cars. I have never in all my years of living across multiple countries experienced such discrimination. As a tourist on holiday, they would not serve me. Horrific.
