The drive through and parking lot are extremely poorly designed leading to heavy congestion and jams.
After ordering I waited 25min for my meal which turned out to be completely wrong.
However, after calling the store Stephanie? was polite and professional, quickly identified the issue and sent out some vouchers. So I can’t stay mad.
Currently 2am and I was hoping to get a burger. I asked the child/worker sitting in front of the store vaping if I could possibly be served as a pedestrian through the drive thru as they were all locked up…he said no for safety reasons. I gave it I a shot but made no contact. I did see the sign he was referring to, and next to it was another sign saying no smoking or vaping within 4meters of building. As he was. When I brought this to his attention hoping there could be some leniency, he said better walk 4 miles back home buddy and promptly walked inside. Quite poor service in my opinion. Today is Monday, April 15 at 2:12am and the kid was probably 17 or so, I did not get a name. Not a burger, and am still hungry 😐. Wish I had taken a photo

Ordered 2 burgers and fries. Fries were only just warm. Took them back to the counter and requested more. Staff did not comment or seem too concerned just replaced them.

Went in with my partner and redeemed the maccas app vouchers on their machines only for it to malfunction and say printer error each time we tried. We tried talking to an employee who disregarded the issue and just assured us it would be come back after an hour or so.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this specific store since 2021 from an employee rolling her eyes and shutting the window when i asked for a spoon to the worst of the bunch being given a frozen fanta with an open packet of sweet and sour sauce.
Food took a long long time one night as they were busy so kind of understandable, but dashing through the drive thru for a quick takeaway coffee the other day took about 20 mins which was too long and messed up my schedule so won’t be passing through if I’m in a rush next time. Facilities weren’t super clean but that’s normal for McDs.
