McDonald’s Queenstown, Frankton

We stopped by for Kiwi Angus Burger before we fly back to Melbourne. Great service and lots of familiar (Pinoy Kuyas) faces ❤️. They have toilet as well for those who need it.
Plenty of car park spaces.

Ordered happy meal. They forgot to include the chicken nuggets (main item) turned out to be an unhappy meal. My combo was missing fries entirely. Of course you realise once you’re home. 6/8 items in the bag, bit more than human error there, just poor performance. Rung them, told to drive back 20 mins to receive what I’d paid for.

Quality control on takeaway – no good.

Great coffee and chai latte and sausage muffin for quick breakfast on the road.

So sorry but staff have no clue how to serve customers. I asked for raw sugar and the duty manager lady says how many coffee did you order?
It’s my choice as to how sweet I want my drink! All u had to do was ask would I like anything else???
Get some training in customer service!

It’s a good Mcdonalds, nothing special, staff were excellent. It’s a 24/7 restaurant in a great location near the airport, visited the place at 4:20am, so not many people around. The hot chocolate was good.
