McDonald’s Restaurants Cavan

So, we usually go here for a treat. I usually see fries on the floor and sometimes the windows are stained. We always use the touch screen. The food usually doesn’t take too long. The food is amazing! They have the best for EVERYTHING! My children love every single thing they order. Burger? Perfect! Fries? Perfect! Nuggets? Perfect! Sauces? Perfect! Overall, a great restaurant.

Food and service was unbelievable. Shoutout to Sophie who made our meal so enjoyable, she’s a credit to you all! 100% will be back!

Quick and got my order correct, I find fast food restaurants over the drive-through if is a large order they get it wrong. The order was correct and did not need to ask for napkins. Thank you

Sometimes the service can be quite slow even when it’s not busy. One time I tried paying with cash and nobody would come to take my payment even though there were plenty of staff and this resulted in me having to wait even longer just because I didn’t want to pay in card. The food can be very hit and miss. It’s been cold and tasted undercooked from time to time. Driving in and out of the premises itself is an absolute nightmare and it’s very difficult to find a parking space at times.

Greeted by a lovely lady called “Barbara”, at the ordering station she was watching me scratching my head and went out of her way to help me for which I was very gratefull. Afterwards she checked everything was OK, while opening the door for people who were having difficulty, delivering food and cleaning tables she is the reason I would go back . People could learn from her people skills for sure
