Fantastic place. Definitely a favorite in the area as lots of people there. But they are efficient
I visited shortly after Christmas and surprising the service was actually really good. I was expecting big queues and there was but they moved quick and our food was ready. I recommend ordering off the self service if you can as there isn’t usually a queue for them. The food was hot and it was convenient and everyone enjoyed their food. Foods we got: Celebration McFlurry (Christmas Menu), Chicken select meal, coke, chicken nugget meal, McCrispy burger, double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, sweet curry sauce, barbecue sauce and ketchup. Everyone enjoyed their meals but the McCrispy was a little spicy it wasn’t expected. There was people vaping inside but that wasn’t the restaurant’s fault it’s just because of the location I’d say.
Worst service ever. Manager was more concerned about delivery’s getting out on time than the food getting out to ppl in the restaurant. Nothing fast about the food. Waited over 15mins for the food then got a cold burger and my burger with no cheese and a dribble of mayo. Sent them back and it came back with a slice of cheese thrown onto it. Called the manager (another 5 mins wait) he then took the food back and this is what we got back… think they put a whole jar of mayo on it! Never again!
Went to Mc Donalds in the Square last night at about 7pm with my wife to have a quick bite to eat before going for a few drinks.
There was only about 7 or 8 people eating inside when we arrived and 2 people waiting for their orders on the queue. We went to the desk and ordered our food, my wife they went to sit down and I got on the queue. A minute later my wife came back and asked me where the napkins were as all the tables were dirty and she needed to clean one for us to eat on. While I was on the queue for over 20 minutes waiting on my order I could not but notice that there was 10 staff behind the counter including what looked a very tall manager, yet it took me to ask for my order in order to get it.
We sat down and ate our food which was nice but noticed the bin near us was overflowing with rubbish.
All in all a very disappointing experience.

We went to drive through got home and not all the order was in the bag very disappointing ruined the evening as it was a treat for the kids 😢
