Not happy..as most of the touch screens for ordering are not working. From upstairs somebody frequently throws ice cubs to the downside while I stand up for collection very bad experience.The food and service are ok.
Dull atmosphere but the building architecture was really sophisticated!!! Machines were working but the order took a bit of time
Three Kiosk machines were not working at all and most of machine hadn’t restocked receipt roll
People need to collect their foods without number of paper. It was ridiculous
So many drinks were waiting customers to pick up
It had been long time
I don’t want to blame staffs – it’s management issue if it’s staff shortage. Fries are not fully fried, they did not use salt distributor they meant to use but they pour salt from their own bottle. Floors are not clean, pretty sticky. It’s all because staff shortage, they just don’t have enough time to do things they need to serve. A serious management fail.
For the first time ever, I got my burgers warm. This is how it should be. Plus service was very very quick and the manager was very helpful in accommodating my special requests. I was here 9th January evening.
I absolutely love it and now I cannot go back to having cold burgers from other outlets! Well done guys.
