Every single time you go through the drive through, you have to pull into a waiting bay and sit there for 10 minutes. They’ve taken the ‘Fast’ out of ‘Fast Food’.
Honestly seems like you’ll get quicker service for a much lower price if you went out to a proper restaurant for dinner.

We hardly ever go to have Macca’s. It’s a treat for the little ones who get excited over the happy meals.
However, it’s the same poor service when we go there. Tonight, was the worst.
We were asked to park up as we went through the drive through. Two other cars were parked waiting for their meals.
This is 2 happy meals we are waiting on. Car after car pull up to the window and collect their meals and off they go. Then the other car in the car park goes. Then more in the drive through collect and go. I’m seeing happy meals as well. Next car goes in the car park. We are definitely next.
But no, it’s the other car waiting after us gets their meal. Now I’m heated and my kids excitement is replaced with hunger. As I go to have a word. The girl who served us at the first window came out with our order.
I don’t want to take it out on her, she apologizes for the wait. I bite my tongue and take the kids home to eat their Macca’s.
I have never written a review other than to praise businesses but this is so wrong and it has happened multiple times before, this time it was beyond a joke.
The meals cost an arm and a leg. At least have some proper planning in place. Better management.

Always disappointed when coming here…so stopped. But wanted to try spicy mcspicy burger….dried up tiny old chick patty with a drip of sauce…waste of money and reaffirmed why Maccas is a rip off…soaring prices for tiny wee burgers with wafer thin patties! And cant post pic either 🤔🤫Service is ok but whole place has gone downhill over last few years
Them young workers need to wake up. Shouldn’t be working a early morning shift half asleep then blaiming their customers for the fact they simply can’t hear.
Yesterday my husband and I ate in at WOA McDonalds. The first thing I noticed was how unclean it was. Seats hadn’t been taken down of the tables and it was nearly lunchtime. Floors and behind the customer service desk needed a good wipe down, the whole place did. Staff came in about 11.30am and straight into serving, their uniforms looked unkempt, food was slapped together, our burgers looked like a 2yr had made them. My daughter worked at McDonalds years ago and the standard of customer service, cleanliness and pride in ones works certainly has dropped considerably since then. Definitely need some training in hygiene practices as I don’t recall any of the staff that came on board at 11.30am washing their hands. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I have ate at.
