McDonald’s Whangarei

The Big Mac and Cheeseburger my wife and I had was good. But the hand dryer in the men’s toilet was not functioning and the building, despite being relatively new, looked like a mess. It was a very average experience. However, one of their team went over and above to clean off our table when she saw the mess that was there. Here cheerful attitude saved the day for this pretty blase McDonalds.

I came here yesterday around 9am, food was yummy! 😋

A male staff was very friendly, he smiled and acknowledged my presence when I was waiting to collect food in front of the counter. Barista was polite too. 🙂

Plenty of seats, dining area was clean and comfortable 🙂

Why could you not have your food served here? They took away all the numbers so and seemed to be well staffed with about four other tables of people eating.
I ordered from the kiosk and asked to be served food to see what would happen although I went and waited for my food knowing I had no number.
When my food was ready I heard the staff member say do I need to serve this and theanager said no haha why have it as an option!
Cold chips and nuggets but the burgers were OK and the order was right.

Don’t buy hot mcspicy. What a rip. Extra skinny chicken (and the chicken was delaminating) with too much hot sauce (was pouring out of burger) and a huge leaf of lettuce. Worst burger ever from anyone. Looks nothing like pic

Beautiful place to have a good breakfast, lunch and dinner with friends and family and enjoy your stay. Lots of choice and great service for the friendly staff members. Good restaurants for all your needs and budget. Opening hours are good and there is plenty parking space available for you to enjoy.
