A great location for a quick & cheap bite to eat in Edinburgh. Located quite close to the city centre and there’s 2 other Oink’s in Edinburgh too. 🐖
Don’t need to wait long to get served. The staff are all approachable & friendly. There are some seats dining in but it’s a small area.
The food is delicious at a reasonable price point too. Do recommend going for the medium/large option as the small option comes with tiny portions. Whenever I’m in Edinburgh do stop by this place! 👌
So good we visited twice on our holiday! The pork was delicious, the rolls were fresh, you can choose between haggis or sage and onion stuffing as a filler and then a great choice of sauces to finish it off. Definitely worth a try when you visit Edinburgh. The place itself is small and very basic but nice for a quick lunch spot.
Perfect little lunch stop for city adventures. Freshly baked soft rolls, stuffed with delicious hog roast. You choose your stuffing and sauce – plus you get some crackling with every roll (while it lasts)
The roll was gone too quickly to get a snap but it was so so delicious! Juicy , tender,melt in the mouth pork on a soft bap with really beautifully flavoured sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce with just the right amount of sweet and sourness to it ..Cute and very tasty buttery crumbly shortbreads also !

Meat was so tender and very flavourful. Recommend to try with apple sauce ,onion and sage- complemented well with pork meat.
