OZ Chicken

Although this shop is only small, there deep fried mushrooms and chips are the bomb. The mushrooms are my all time favourite and yes there have been times that I have travelled 2 hours to get some. I try and get some of the seasoning every time I go but have no luck lol. The door buzzer is annoying but worth it just for the mushrooms and chips.

Please don’t ever change, the chips are spot on, the chicken is juicy (hot n spicy is quite good) & the gravy is…well it could be made out of the waste at the bottom of a septic tank & I’ll still eat it, it’s that good.

If you like Chicken Salt – this is the place for you.

I don’t know where they get it from, but it is simply the best there is, and nowhere else sells it.

Everything else is perfectly acceptable for the price, but the chicken salt is off the hook.

I will just get to the point I asked for one thing got another upon realising when I got home I rang to ask them to change my order. The young girl i spoke to the one that actually served me was out right rude told me i got what I ask for and told me quote ‘ if you don’t want the food give it to your neighbours ‘ that was her suggestion rather then trying to compromise . Neverlone the money that wasted as for what i got i couldnt eat for medical reasons I am 65 and take offence to being spoken in that manner to by someone young enough to be my granddaughter. Shamefully !

I go to buy dinner for my family at 7pm I was planning on spending roughly $70 there and they tell me they have run out of chicken.
This is unacceptable for a business that is listed to be open till 9pm
I used to love going there to grab dinner and or lunch but you’ve lost my business now. I’m not happy at all!!!!!
