Went wrong from start to finish!
Honestly the worst kebab I have ever had!
Would never order again, would rather go Iceland there freezer kebabs are probably better, I would need to be of my face to eat this sheet, would give no stars if I could…

Placed an order through their app, an hour passed and I called them up asking where my order is. They told me they’re waiting for a driver and I should allow them 5-10 minutes to deliver it. After 10 minutes have passed I went down to the shop to collect the order myself. When I got there I was told the driver just left with my food. I have never waited this long for a takeaway order. Absolutely disappointed with the food as well, never ordering from this awful place again!

Ordered on the app for specified delivery time. Food never showed and they don’t answer the phone. Luckily, payment was not taken, but never using this place again. Shame really as the food quality is usually pretty good.

Made an order for delivery through their website – when the delivery failed & calling was unsuccessful I walked to the premises to find it was shut.

Called the following day and was told I would have to contact the website team. There’s no number for them on the website; the manager called me back from a mobile and said he would sort it and if it’s not sorted I can contact him directly on that number.

I’ve not been able to get hold of anyone from the business since. Just filed with my bank for a refund.

So not only did my wait for food double (as I had to order from elsewhere), I was also out of pocket, and had the hassle of dealing with their error myself. Very disappointed.

Best place in Colchester for wraps! The whole menu is awesome and food tastes so good! Already got prices and delivery time is fine. Sometimes it’s the owner who comes to deliver the food to which is nice to see!
