About this restaurants :
Ordered a single cup vanilla frozen custard. Got a miserable dose of custard. After complaining and telling them that other stores give a full cup instead of 1/3 cup i was told other stores must have made a mistake? Like all of them?? I don’t think so! What a rip off for 4.25 pounds, don’t eat here!
Busy atmosphere but efficient service. Concrete dessert was great but they could be more generous with the cheese for the cheesy fries!
I typically hold shake shack in high regard, however the service was slightly disappointing. The tables were dirty, with no cleaners to assist you. While the food was consistent with other branches the setting and service took away from the enjoyable experience.
I got the 10 Piece chicken bites with honey mustard. The food was delivered relatively quickly and overall the chicken was cooked very well it was juicy and not dry. However the breading of the bites itself were falling apart and didnt have the crunch i was expecting. Overall the food was very mediocre which would be rated at 5/10 at best. In my opinion the price to quality ratio isnt the best.
Good place for a burger. The cheesy fries were nice, but we waited 20 minutes for food which is a bit much for fast food. The shake is good value for money, it’s like dessert for at least 2 people.
