About this restaurants :
This place was absolutely horrible, the people were nice but the food was absolutely awful. I ordered a grape slushie with real cream. But they kept forgetting to bring it out! We had to keep pushing the button. So we waited 25 mins for me to receive ice half melted with no flavoring and some milk! I was very upset. They took our order wrong as well. Brought my husband the wrong flavor of milkshake we even paid for the extras and whatnot. And got the wrong cheese burgers:(
Sonic off I-Drive stays busy. The food is always hot and fresh. There are tourists and locals sitting under the covered patio enjoying their food.
We first attempted to order from Doordash…they canceled our order after 15 minutes of confirming they’d recieved it. So after a long day at Universal and walking all the way back to our hotel, my husband had to hop in our car and GO to sonic to put in the order.
NOT only were THEY incredibly LAZY- it took 5 “red button” pushes- minutes apart before someone would finally take our order!! 30 MINUTES LATER!!!! They finally bring food out…and they Didn’t even send out the complete order-
The worst service 😒 EVER-
Pretty upsetting considering it was just a few burgers and a kids meal- the kids meal only had apple sauce and fries… we just wanted a grilled cheese 🤷♀️

Only gave them 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option, went there tonight and no matter what ever we tried to order they just kept pretending it wasn’t on the menu, then a number of times they kept telling us to wait one second and never came back, we could hear them laughing and joking around over the speaker, eventually we left and went to eat somewhere else instead, it’s a good thing the door was locked! Very disappointed, very childish and unprofessional, never again.
Really run down, always out of food. When they get the order wrong they make you pay extra for it. Last year they over charged my card 5 times and the manager wouldn’t even fix it. I love sonic but being this is only one in my area and I have to drive 45mins to get here, I don’t recommend this one.
