What do Supermac’s & Papa John’s visitors reviews this place?
Twice having to bring back a burger. I asked several times just a plain 5oz burger. And the wait time is ridiculous. And they left chicken in cooker not even fresh. I am raging I did not go to Mc Donald’s.
2nd time returning tables not cleaned down I had to ask a staff member to get it cleaned. The staff seem nice. But I got a hair in my chips I nearly puked. She was no problem exchanging them but I said I want my money back as I am turned of going in there for good.
She refunded but the man cap was filthy the peak of it.

I didn’t experience the long wait like the others, the food came quick. This place is family friendly where kids can sit and eat and not be surrounded by alcohol. The food was as expected and a decent price .
Friday 11pm – place half empty, wrap and fries ordered at 11.14pm are not ready before 11.47pm. Would have expected at least white tishcloth and a candle considering the waiting time. Better get your midnight snacks somewhere else.
I enjoy visiting this place even though it’s crowded every time I go. I particularly love their beef burger. The manager girl is always smiling and helpful. The friendly staff and the place is clean.
Only went in as its right beside Connolly Train Station, as usually avoid Supermacs. Its like PaddyPower or Ryanair, cheap, not so great Irish versions of better foreign brands……with CEOs who are well, lol…….
Ordered 4 family meals for the kids……with burgers/chicken nuggets and chips with orange juice and, for myself, a beef burger.
To be fair, my burger was very good, nice and tasty…….and the kids enjoyed the food….
Manager was kind and polite and gave the kids a few gifts (Dvd and Books) which was very generous of him.
