Supermac’s & Papa John’s

I’m celebrating a new job and decided to get a Papa John’s as I used to love it back in the day. My pizza and dough balls were very dry, and almost cold. It was also quite expensive in comparison to the place I was originally going to go with (ironically, I thought I’d “treat” myself with a Papa John’s tonight). As soon as I opened the box I knew it looked nothing like the Papa John’s pizzas I used to get.

Overall it was just really disappointing, and the whole experience brought my mood down on what was supposed to be a good evening. I can’t say I will be back to any Papa John’s restaurants in the foreseeable future. I would have been better off heating up an oven pizza.

First time here but the food was incredible. Only ordered from Supermacs but everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and there was additional seating upstairs, which was good as it seems to be a very popular location. That being said, we were served very quickly and didn’t have to wait long to be handed our food. Would definitely go back again.

Love popping in as their chicken burgers are the best in the country
They are fresh and hot
Only issue I have no need to serve in box as all you do is open and put straight in the bin not good for environment.
This is irish owed and love goingbon around the country as you know you get good food and safe.

Poor customer service. Always an old man harassing people to buy him food when he has money in his pockets. Staff won’t do anything about it when he’s clearly causing trouble
