I don’t know if the staff actually get trained or they pass and say feck it but the food seems to get worse as the years go by.
But today I got a milkshake which I don’t think it would be that hard to do buy it was served like pure milk with the chocolate sauce just thrown in and a quick mix. It tasted like weird chocolate tangy flavour and the texture of milk, straight down the sink.

Fast service, enjoyable food would recommend. Intent on giving you an industrial sized portion of chips so don’t complain there!
Shop was a little dirty with sauce and food over the floors upstairs so watch your step!
Supermac’s is very tasty. The quality of protein was very good. All the food we had was very fresh and hot! 🔥
Food is as it always is here and that’s pretty good especially the snack box. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the service. Today with 4 servers walking back and forth, nobody took orders and left a queue waiting. After ordering I received the food but no drinks so I had to go look for the server who I ordered from.
That was after being there after the connacht v bristol rugby match last month with our local clubs u12s team, one server seemed to take it upon himself to slow down as much as possible, at one time telling his supervisor that he wouldn’t be doing any cleaning that night. I waited with my child from 10.15 pm until he finally took my order at 10.55pm and by then would only serve me a bag while our whole party were served trays. People came if after me and were served faster. It was totally unprofessional in an establishment who sponsors some of the rugby players to promote their food. Really really poor staff that night especially.
The staff who have been there for years try their best to keep things going well but it’s not fair that they take on a lot of problems caused by inadequate newer staff

Held our daughter’s birthday party here. Everything was very well organised. Staff were very nice, helpful and kind, especially Osman, who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect.
