About this restaurants :
Wendy’s is one of my favourite fastfood chains I’m glad they are now here in the UK. I even went to their Reading branch when it first opened to get my cravings satisfied. The burgers are good and tasty but I do love their nice and crispy fries and chocolate frosty (reminds me of my childhood). The ordering is straight forward and the food comes out quick and good temperature. Prices are reasonable too. The store could get quite busy though
Great clean restaurant with easy to use touch-screen order points as you walk in. Well laid out and spacious. The staff member did put our dine-in order in a bag and forgot to give us our nuggets, but was very apologetic and gave us extra nuggets and a free frosty as an apology.
The multi gender toilets are great except the one I used didn’t have a sink that worked. The automatic sensor on the taps wasn’t working, so I had to walk out with soap on my hands and try and wash my hands elsewhere.
I mentioned the issue with the tap to the staff as I left, so hopefully they’ll get it fixed soon.

So good so excited it’s finally here and it lives to the hype as good as the USA version. Staff super friendly and helpful service quick, good quality food done well. Extremely efficient ordering system spot.
Great range of tasty items from salads, chicken to burgers and fries.
My only wish would be for a side salad option like in the USA for those who are not looking for potato’s.
Otherwise fantastic glad they are here!
Emotionally scarred by never going to go the Hounslow branch back in the day, so had to pay a visit.
Wasn’t particularly busy when I came, but still service was confused and they got my order wrong. And card payment only.
Cheeseburger was really bland, chicken nuggets weren’t pleasant. Swapped fries for chilli and it was tastiest item I tried. Dr Pepper on tap.
Definitely 1st and last time going there. Had big expectations about Wendy’s one of the biggest American fast food chains. The disappointment was huge, 1st impression was terrible. Never went to a restaurant so dirty like Wendy’s.. floor,tables all disgusting. Also drinks machine was very poor quality,already without normal coke and not working properly.
You have only 3 machines to make an order and no one over the counter to take your order. Place is totally run down. You can’t pay with American express, this is ridiculous in a America chain with this size.
