Best Wendy’s I ever had! The food was so hot and delicious and came out very fast. Guy at the counter was very nice! And I loved to interior, it was very clean, and I’ve never seen a Wendy’s with high chairs and high tables! It was great. Got the mates rates deluxe cheeseburger of course

Update: Apologies, Wendy’s, but this will be my final disappointment. A Baconator with just one bacon strip falls short of expectations. Your website promises four strips, yet staff responses vary between two or three. It’s disheartening when the advertised details aren’t met.

This issue needs brought to the attention of head office.

So busy it wasn’t funny, felt sorry for those working with a mass of people getting find before heading to a concert. The wait was about 20 to 30 minutes for dine in. Drive thru seemed a bit quicker. Lack of staff meantime restaurant was a bit messy but the staff were doing there best to keep up. Well dine to those who work this particular night, not an easy task.

Came in a group of four. We all ordered separately and given our orders separately. A person I was with was given their shake and began drinking it. 5 minutes later I was given mine and realised it was the wrong size. My friend had been given mine. I asked for the correct size only for the manager to ignore me and walk away. I asked another worker for the correct size and he asked if we could just swap even though she had already drunk a third of hers. When we got to our accommodation we realised we had all been given the the wrong bugers, as they had been mixed up. My burger was not the correct one as they had missed items. My cheese sauce was cold. There was only three staff.
Never been to Wendy’s before, not going back.
