The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, person at the window had a horrible attitude towards my partner, even when my partner was being extremely nice, and completely cuts you off when you’re saying something. Montague Wendy’s is by far the best.
Very friendly staff and they provide best customer service and also give each customer what they deserve haha. And they have best food ever.😁 OHHH BOYYY!
I’ve never seen a dirtier Wendy’s. tables haven’t been wiped in what seems like week. grime buildup is very evident
I purchased an order delivered to my work this past Monday
A lg drink, sour cream baked potato and a Cobb salad
There was no straw for my lg drink , no sour cream or butter for my baked potato and the quality of the chicken in my salad was gross
(Looked like like cheap fatty pressed chicken pieces)
Also the baked potato was dirty (there was literally sand on it )and the potato skin was very poor quality potato

I was not happy with this order and threw it in the garbage total waste of money and can honestly tell you that I will not order again
Worst customer service ever, I couldn’t even tell the worker what I wanted to order before she was given me my total??? I wasn’t even done ordering yet, at the window my order was basically thrown at me and the window shut in my face.
