This place is usually great and has the best staff of all the fast food places in Duncan so this review is only for the cinnamon bun nightmare on the menu. How Cinnabon ever agreed to this abomination is beyond me. Cold and disgusting. A picture is worth a thousand words.
The service has become unbearably slow for a fast food restaurant. I waited in line 25 minutes to place my order – there was only one person in front of me! Then I waited another 20 minutes to receive my order. There was a family waiting in line in front of me but they gave up and left. If not for that, who knows how long I would have waited!
This was my second bad experience in a week here. Before that, it had been good.
It is so frustrating because this was a good place a few months ago. Not sure what has changed but I won’t be back.

Everything was made right. Quick drive thru
I’m currently standing in line waiting to order as I write this…it’s been 22 minutes since I got here and not a single employee has even looked or said anything to me. Service incredibly slow and frustrating, would not recommend coming here if you want your food in a reasonable amount of time. UPDATE: finally got my food 10 minutes later…and they gave me the wrong burger, at that point I was just too tired and fed up to do anything so I left, oh yeah, they also had no straws.😐
Second time at this chain I was discussed by the way food was served and drive through was even worst. Got home and there was nothing in my bun had to take it back the guy in control made me feel stupid. Whoever’s in charge of this Wendy’s should be looking at the Satisfaction of the Customers. I know a lot of people who stopped going there and it’s sad that Restaurant will be the next to close its doors. Totally different attitude compared to Wendy’s across the United States. Sad but True
