What do Wendy’s visitors reviews this place?
I went to this location for dinner after work. I got a chicken burger brought it home and after biting into it I noticed something was off instantly. Looked down and what I saw AMAZED me. Completely raw chicken! I’ve never seen such a blatant disregard for others well being like this here. The chicken was COMPLETELY raw. I instantly took it back and they made me a fresh one. Offered me 2 free frosties as well. Seems fair try to give me food poisoning so I catch it and get two free frosties that’s it. I will never be returning.
Wendy’s used to be my favourite restaurant, but I may never come here again. After the recent renovations, you walk in and are immediately met with a disgusting bathroom-esque room. From the nice higher end look it used to have you would think they were TRYING to make it worse. The awful tile walls are filthy, whether from dirt or a poor grouting job it’s hard to tell. They’ve also changed it so that you have to pour your own drink, and of course there were no straws in stock at the awkward little drink counter. On top of that I asked for ketchup on my burger, and they gave me two packets on the side that turned out to be hot sauce.
I absolutely would not recommend coming here, and I would actually advise you to go anywhere else instead.
A hospital waiting room has more appealing decor than the revamped Wendy’s does. The elderly will have difficulty managing the drink machine. I recommend go to A$W.
Went for dinner tonight. Had to eat with our jackets on and fully done up. Our fingers with freezing, had the air conditioner on cold. One couple left with their food half eaten and one gentleman sat with a toque and gloves on. We asked if they could turn up the heat. Worker came back and said it was turned up…it wasn’t as it was still blowing cold on us. What is the point of doing a remodel if you don’t want people to sit in there to eat?
So I went to this Wendy’s 9 years ago! To this day I remember the best customer service I ever received, from the one and only Lance! He really made us feel like we were dining at a 5 star restaurant. He offered us complimentary Wendy’s dinner mints! I really hope he is doing well and if I get the chance to stop by again, I hope to meet him again! What an unforgettable experience and positive impact Lance left on remembering my 2 week BC trip! Wishing you the best!
