I have been coming here once a month for ten years and this was the worst service I’ve had by far. Girl at the cashier was extremely rude, almost annoyed that I was ordering food. I respectively asked 2x for no pickles and ketchup, and of course, guess what I had on my burger. Food was cold-ish, floors seemed dirty and to top it off, same girl cracked a highly inappropriate joke to a co worker about genitals. She then said “you didn’t hear that”. Just extremely disappointed with it. Perhaps if this girl hates her job this much, she should work in a different industry.
Stopped in Thursday night around 9. Ordered double with fries and pop. Added a small blizzard. Order was ready and walked to counter. Tried a couple fries and noticed they were not hot. Asked for some more fries but hotter and they arrived hot and fresh out of frier. The burger was cold. Fresh beef but been sitting too long. By the time I started to eat frosty it was almost like chocolate milk. The garbage was full so left plater with garbage on the top of garbage container. Maybe bad time to arrive but still should be fresher and hotter.
I always enjoyed coming to Wendy’s but in the last 6 months this location has gone down hill fast. On one occasion we ordered and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window as service was so slow and only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window I had to give my order again and wait another 10 minutes. No apology and very rude staff. When we got home order was totally wrong. I called and all they said was come back! No apology! We decided to try again tonight and again waited for almost 15 minutes and when got to the window to pay they had lost the order and had to wait again. The person taking the order seemed very confused and had to repeat the order 4 times before he got it. And again, the order was incorrect. Sadly we won’t be going back to this location.
This is the most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. I can’t believe I ate the food after I saw the bandaid on the self-serve counter. The napkins were empty and no worries about falling down in that area as our shoes stuck to the floor from all the spilled pop. The bathrooms are 100% disgusting. Menstrual blood on the toilet seat and the other stall was out of order.
Went through drive thru when it was busy, so I wasn’t wait time isn’t a factor in my review, as it was incredibly busy. Staff on the mic basically whispered, heard someone speak so I just ordered and hoped someone was there, there was and my order was heard, but I guess not correctly. My order was 2 Dave’s singles with Cheese, along with a medium iced tea, so not complicated, when I got to the window the gentleman who was there repeated my order as a Dave’s Single with Cheese, Medium fry and medium iced tea, I corrected it to my original order with no fries and a second burger. The gentleman appeared annoyed by my request to have my order be what I actually ordered. After an extra 3 minutes at the window I got my food and then he said have a nice day, then I reminded him I still needed my iced tea. He clearly took this as a personal attack, he shut the window moderately aggressively and stormed away from the window. Waited another 2 minutes for a drink which he then gave to me with a snarky look and then once again shut the window in an aggresive manner. I took a sip once I had arrived back at my hotel only to discover this wasn’t iced tea. The employee running the 1st window at around 430pm on November 18th took immense offense to me asking for my full order and correct order, he intentionally gave me the wrong drink and dirty looks as he gave it to me. I don’t recommend this specific location to anybody looking for a quick meal. As the staff will likely mess up your order initially and then take it as a personal attack when corrected. This employee needs to be dismissed before he throws a temper tantrum at a customer for trying to get what they want to eat after he gets it wrong.
