Great food fresh burgers and yummy. Nice located in royal oak next to the paknsave. Great parking spot, nice aircon and glare at environment

I ordered a chicken burger that was putrid and made me sick.

I went in there for a refund and the manager said no and didn’t apologise for the quality of the food or my feeling sick.

Eventually she gave me the money but just gave it in cash and walked away.

It was a great place until this exchange. Not coming back because of rotten food.

GAVE ME FOOD POISONING AND DID NOT APOLOGISE!

Just purchased two kids cheeseburgers only for my children to show me the bottom of their buns are covered in mould!!! I cannot believe it. I called the manager who said “oh sorry, we will give you a free meal next time” 😱😱😱😱

I added extra 2 pieces bacon cost $1.9each in kids meal cheese burger for my son, when we received it , there was one small piece bacon ( in common sense), the length is about 5 cm long folded , half lean side, the other half is fat and it is still connected to each. But 2 staffs confirmed there is nothing wrong and that is 2-Pieces Bacon for them . Staffs are nice though. Other customer told me they always do that, how ridiculous !
We love the one in Mt Wellington a lots, didn’t expect this happened here.

Yes, I know it’s a fast food joint. The service was pretty average, and the food was…just ok. my salad had freezer burn, so they might want to QC on a daily basis before sending out their food.
On the plus side, their bathroom was above average in cleanliness for a fast food place. pleasantly surprised.
