Wendy’s Hamburgers

Firstly they charged me for 12 pack of nuggets when I only asked for a 5pack, I also ordered a chicken blt and instead received a crispy chicken burger. When I rung to sort it out I got told to bring the burger back in even though as I mentioned I’d already taken a bite out of it thinking it was my chicken blt. Like what are you gonna do with a burger that’s had a bite out of it anyway? Very disappointed

The service was amazing the guy who served us deserves a raise the food was premium quality and nice and real not fake like McDonald’s

The staff here are excellent. The restaurant has been redecorated. We go here fairly often because it felt like a proper restaurant. The new decor is cold and uncomfortable. Hard chairs, half the tables. The staff gave been replaced by order kiosks. Now it feels exactly like McDs! Less tables less staff, less family feeling. Not good at all! Not impressed. The staff were great and the food ok although a LOT smaller than before.

We arrived just ahead of the dinner rush at 6pm, placed our order and received our food within 5 minutes. The young girl who served us was polite and happy.
We really enjoyed our meal, Baconator Mushroom Melts, fries and a Coke. The fries were hot, lightly salted and perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside) 👌 The burgers were well put together, tasty, and satisfying.
We ate in the dining area which was clean and welcoming.
Altogether a great dining experience 👍

This was my first time ever eating a Wendy’s. I was pleasantly surprised. Ther burger tasted like a fresher and more generous burger than McDonald’s. I also preferred the style of cooking compared to Burger King. The chilli was tasty but a little watery for my liking. The chips were chunky and didn’t taste greasy at all. In this restaurant the staff were polite and friendly. I’ll be sure to stop by again as I’m passing through
