Really poor experience at the door. The lead bouncer is asking for bribes (not cover) for entry when there was no line and people entering beside. I guess some were happy paying $50/person on a Thursday.

I was on the DJ’s guestlist, but he doesn’t care. Showed him the message, he just said “sorry can’t help you”. Never bothered checking the list.

The other reviews are absolutely right. The lead bouncer acting with such ego and disrespect is definitely condoned by management. If I couldn’t get in on the guestlist, you probably won’t either.

There are many other Thursday night parties that treat their guests well, like Lobby on Queen St. or Bar Dem on Dundas. Spend your night at a venue that actually respects you.

The bouncers all suck and are extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. This club isn’t even all that for them to be doing the most about the dress code. Please train your employees outside to be better people and treat their patrons with kindness and respect 😄

Bouncers are nice, hostess is nice, bottle girls are absolutely horrible, rude and have no clue how to do their job. They pour shots and miss on purpose, emptied our bottles within an hour and tried to rush us off the table. If it wasn’t mandatory to tip for a table I’d have made her tip me for the horrible service she provided

The front door hostess Terin is so friendly and inviting. Never have a problem with her and her staff. Also the bartenders are great As they make drinks really fast but still take care of everyone for how busy it is. The security and managers are also great at making the venue always feel safe for all. My favourite club in the city

Tried to come here for a night out with friends, but they won’t let us in because they are racist! Bouncers didn’t have a problem letting white people in even tho they didn’t have a “reservation”. The blonde host also had an attitude rolling her eyes at our group. Don’t even bother coming to this place! We went to Kissa instead with no issues getting a table for our group.
