Amore Nights

The server with her butt cheeks out was very rude. There was no “reservation” sign on a table, so we had are belongings there. After about an hour, she proceeded to carelessly drag our belongings over a barrier to a neighboring table in a way that things could have fallen out. I went over and politely asked to move my and other people’s belongings more carefully and she started yelling saying the table is reserved, which is a lie, and said since we didn’t buy a bottle our stuff shouldn’t be at the table. Shameful that this server only cares to treat people with dignity and respect if they buy a bottle when the entire club was rented out to an organization for its members and guests from across Canada and the USA.

I was there with friends last Sunday to celebrate New Year’s and the place is nice. Our waitress Tiffany was amazing, but she was the only good thing at that night, because music sucks. The DJ is the worst. He should be fired since he was not able to play a completed song or make transitions between one song to other and the choice of music was HORRENDOUS and killed all the vibe and the atmosphere. Besides, security staff from main entrance was very rude with some ladies at the main door. Terrible.

Came here on NYE with friends, having bought the early bird special.

Pros:
– venue itself was actually nice; quite spacious inside, with chairs at the bar offering comfortable seating. Bathrooms were easily accessible & clean.
– the girls working behind the bar were friendly; service from them was excellent

Cons:
– disorganized! Our tickets said the event was supposed to start at 9; our group showed up at 9 and we went in at 9:20 (we were first in line btw) because they were still setting up. It was just unprofessional
– the vibes were kind of off … It was so empty until probably 10:45. People were literally not showing up, and even at its “peak” busy (around 2 am) the club was still kind of empty. The crowd was not that lively, and it took way too long to get the party really started (literally at 11:30 it finally felt like a typical “club”)
– the music and the DJ were absolutely AWFUL. I would avoid coming here in the future just based on this. The DJ had no idea how to transition between songs, and he somehow managed to ruin perfectly good songs with whatever he was doing with the sound system (which btw was awful and made screeching noises that made us cover our ears). The DJ and his music choices made the crowd bored & killed the entire vibe tbh
– drink prices!!! They charged $11 for their “shots”, which were literally 2 drops of alcohol. Definitely overpriced, even for club standards

Overall, I don’t think I’ll be visiting this venue again for ANY event, especially if they hire the same DJ that was there tonight. He wasn’t taking any suggestions & when we requested songs (repeatedly) to liven up the vibe & liven up the mood, he ignored us and continued killing the vibe by playing his awful music that had no beat thanks to his inability to do his job and DJ properly. The club itself was really empty & awkward for literally the first 2 hours of the event; it was quite shocking, especially for NYE. Kind of a mood killer.

Went out to celebrate a friends birthday and the night did not disappoint!! The servers and bartenders were amazing and attentive. The security team were super friendly and the music was great! The night was a complete success my friend enjoyed her birthday and we will definitely be returning

AVOID AT ALL COST. Like others have mentioned, bartenders/servers put their own tip in the total amount. The drink prices vary each time. Catch a vibe elsewhere!
