Club 54 is always a super fun night out! The comedy show on Saturdays is really funny, the bartenders and staff are friendly, and the dance floor is always rockin! There is lots of free parking onsite. They have 2 rooms that play different music and you can also chill on the outdoor patio. Don’t forget to shake your best moves in the go-go cage!
I found that the owner Gene was very responsive to my inquiries and accommodated us with reserved seating for the comedy show when seating was limited. Music after the comedy show was loud and lively in the large party room with large crowds dancing the night away.. A second party room was equally entertaining and provided a different vibe with Latin/Caribbean sounds. We have been there a number of times since our first time and always have a great time. Great service by staff.
Well, let’s start with the fact that this is supposed to be a COMEDY club. The host is the same guy as always and he was the only one who was actually funny. However, the comedian, or more like clown that we were apparently to see, was simply the joke. Although to be a joke, you need to at least be funny. This guy looks and acts like he was pulled off the streets and paid to annoy a few of the patrons. Someone booed h8m and he made a comment of “hey, I have been doing this 35 years full time. I think I know what I am doing!”
Now let’s get to the drinks and lack of waitresses serving. On top of all the latest, each drink was $12-14.
Good thing for free tickets, I would not pay to go again. If they were to get appropriate entertainers, and remodeled it, the place could be nice again. Even the bars up north have more of an atmosphere in their lobbies.
Such a fun atmosphere and cool crowd! Won the $500 pizza and wings package and it was amazing! Staff was so nice and this place had me laughing all night!
I recently had a party for my birthday. It was just cool. Delicious food, great music, the atmosphere in the hall is just great. I definitely plan to come there many more times. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
