One minor drawback worth mentioning is that Dicey’s Garden Club toilet has a staff who are selling products and are collecting money for the tissue paper offered to dry the hands after washing.

Update: I had to give them a second opportunity.
Customer service is the same. One bartender was rude. I asked him for the right price and he answered to me SO RUDE. IT’S DISGUSTING!
Atmosphere: GOOD!

It was my first time here.
I think customer service should improve. I ordered something and the girl didn’t understand and she pouted at me (badly) when I told her the drink was bad. It was so disgusting!

AVOID! Very rude bouncers/security guards. My friends and I walked in, went to the bathroom and then walked to the dancefloor but met a guard who told us that we were going home and would not give us a reason why. We kept asking why we had to leave and she got very upset and started yelling and pushing us out and then had the nerve to say that we put hands on her! So basically paid 50 euros to use the bathroom. Do not go here, I am sure they are just pushing people out so they can get more people in that will pay because we were not doing anything wrong.

Was treated terribly by one member of staff behind the bar. My friends and I asked for four drinks which were €3 each for the night and when we went to pay separately the bartender told us very bluntly that he wouldn’t do four seperate transactions because it was simply too much work for him. I explained that we were entitled to pay however way we pleased but I was met with nothing but disgust and pure disrespect. He refused to let us pay €3 each and insisted that we pay in a group just so it would be easier for him. As much as I refused and tried to come up with a solution, he spoke to me in such an awful and demeaning manner and in the end, he charged me €4! The staff in general were not the nicest and could’ve been friendlier, although I understand how stressful it may be in such an environment. Such a shame that my night was tainted by this because otherwise I quite enjoyed the rest of the experience! Not sure I will be coming back, however, due to the way I was treated.

The cloakroom’s service tonight was awful. Their staff are very rude and mean. I do not what’s going on with the red woman hair. She said I skipped the queue when I was waiting my turn and nobody complained about me. She did not have any intention in resolving this nonsense problem despite the fact I was very polite and comprehensive all the time. I think she should go on holidays for a while and take it easy.
