Dolce Night Club , London

I would’ve given it 4 stars if it wasn’t for how unnecessarily cold/rude the service staff are with everyone!

The only staff that had a positive/welcoming/professional attitude were the lady at the cloakroom and woman in the bathroom that sells lolly’s etc, the bar man that was serving all night – I never got their name, but they were there on the night of 27 Jan.
The rest had a poker face and attitude like they hate their job or stressed!
If the boss is reading this – usually a good solution to this is training/higher pay or more staff to support them.
A positive attitude makes such a difference because the energy rubs off on people, I saw 6 people leaving (I stayed) because they thought it wasn’t worth spending and dealing with this attitude in such a small venue and I agree, for this reason I won’t be coming again either

I had an amazing night out with my friends. Thanks for their invitation and great music. I would recommend to visit is small bar but very nice stuff 🙂 Definitely will visit again

Had a brilliant night for my birthday! We stayed until closing and danced the night away. We received two bottles of vodka and mixers complimentary. Paul really looked after us on the night. On the lead up to the night Maria checked in with me weekly to ensure all of my friends would be on the guest list and if there were any questions from my side. We will definitely be back here again. Thank you x

They invite me to Dolce Kensington, and they were so amazing with organising my night out, like keeping in touch and giving me all the details of the night in advance.
Also they were replying to all my messages every time I had a question, or I wanted to add someone to my Guestlist.
Really good customer service and very happy with my night out. Will organise with them again for sure. Thank you xxx
