What do Kellys Complex Portrush visitors reviews this place?
Hadn’t had luck here before when we went and they forgot about us…
Tried it again and it was decent
Went back for a time this evening and it was worse than ever , however the waitress staff were polite and helpful but the chef needs sacked from the food industry never mind the restaurant! I’ll attach photos of the burger I was served for £21! And couldn’t bring myself to finish 🤢 Plus £4.50 for a tiny bowl of chips with about 11 in it !!
Food was beyond disgusting , chips would have broke your teeth ! Non edible ! Won’t be back, there are too many other restaurants in this area to choose from and any would be better than here , portion sizes are shocking for the prices!
A great venue. Was busy when we visited but the staff where great, very clean. Good selection of food and drink. Attended the Barn for an event after we’d had food and drinks and can say it’s one of the best gig venues I’ve been too. Well laid out, fab stage and bar.
fun for a night of clubbing. surprisingly reasonably priced (15 £ entry for a couple of international headliners), drinks starting 2£ for a beer. I would have preferred draught beer, but it seemed like everyone around was drinking stiffer stuff so I guess they didn’t care. crowd management was pretty good, although the passage to the smoking area was very crowded and the smoking area wasn’t as well ventilated as it could be (given the number of smokers). security was top notch and they ensured some patrons overly drunken craziness didn’t come in the way of others’ enjoyment or safety. many of the bars were cash only. and there has to be a better way of ordering, screaming your drink of choice at a bartender who can’t hear you over the music doesn’t seem to always work 😂
Had lunch in Deerstalker today. The food was delicious. Main with side included for £9.95!! Many restaurants increase their prices for the tourist summer season. Not here! The staff were warm and friendly and very attentive. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking with easy access. Five stars! 😀😀👍👍👍
Visited today looking for late lunch/early dinner after having eaten at The Deerstalker before, sadly disappointed to see that the entire business seems to have been rejigged and rebranded. The lunch service had just ended although we were ushered to a table with a menu, ordered drinks and were then informed that service had ended. The menu was short and not so sweet to say the least…we were informed of their latest takeaway experience which would soon be open but we could eat in the bar. After around 5 minutes of waiting for drinks we decided we had seen enough and left. Later after searching details of the complex we found completely different lunch and dinner menus online (the latter we were not informed of). Seemed totally unprofessional and unwelcoming, not recommended and will not be back.
