I sure it’s a terrible experience. It’s nice with friends like everyplace at world. And the guys at reception are very rude and not friendly. Like they don’t like #lgbtq people. Only money. They ask for cash in hand at entrance. It’s crazy

We visited Mother because The George queue was huge. To be honest we were really grateful as this place rocks. Not the usual type of Gay club I’m used to, ie good music and no cheese. We just wish there was an equivalent in London. Can’t wait to visit again next time we’re over.
First time here and WOW … great music, great crowd, great atmosphere. €10 euro in (cash only for entry) and drink prices are pretty standard for city centre – certainly didn’t feel ripped off. Overall, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be the line for cloakroom at the end of the night takes FOREVER … like I was a good 20 minutes queuing.
A fist fight broke out randomly, knocking my drink out of my hand and the bartender refused to refill it. She was not sympathetic at all even though she saw the whole thing happen. Would not go back.
